Thermal Transformation Through Intense Rapid Heating
PyroKrackerTm Edmondson Patent T2 Oven Is the only thermal transforming device that can be operated as a pure pyrolysis gasifier or as a partialoxidation gasifier with the mode of operation being switched while the oven is running.
The test data shown was recorded on flue gas emissions from the combustion of gas, and the quality of carbon produced, by thermal decomposition of solid waste material inside of the PyroKrackerTM Edmondson Patent oven. The gas burns cleaner than most natural gas and the carbon is of commercial quality straight from the oven.

The PyroKracker(tm) oven can be the box shape as shown or for some applications the shape may be cylindrical. In either case there is a containment vessel with a sloped bottom suspended inside of a refractory lined furnace wherein heat generated by fired burners is transferred to the interior of the inner vessel. Some heat is transferred through the wall of the inner vessel and some of the heat is provided by circulating the flue gas via the heat gun to the interior of the inner vessel for direct contact with the material that is to be thermally transformed. Carbon based feedstock is continuously fed to the inner vessel through an air lock-out transfer system where it is thermally decomposed and converted to synfuel (gas) and basic carbon. A small portion of the synfuel is utilized as fuel to the fired burners that heat the furnace. The bulk of the synfuel can be directly combusted to provide heat energy for steam/electricity generation or converted to oil.
